Thin-Line Belt
Product Description
The Thin-Line Cobra Belt is rigid enough to easily support a pistol & other gear while flexible enough to be a comfortable EDC belt. The buckle is positioned next to the end of the base webbing, as opposed to on top of it, which gives the belt a much lower profile at the buckle region compared to other belts on the market. The Thin-Line Belt utilizes a 1" buckle on 1" webbing, sewn to 1.75" webbing. This allows for some interesting 2-tone color combinations and because of the 1" buckle, it may fit through some belt loops without having to remove the male end of the buckle when donning/doffing. An optional internal stiffener is also available. This increases vertical rigidity dramatically, which eliminates crushing/roll-over when heavy gear is mounted to the belt, yet maintains longitudinal flexibility for comfort. You can chose between a plastic buckle (~270 pound breaking strength) or an AustriAlpin Cobra™ load-bearing quick-release buckle, which has a breaking strength of 2,000 lbs. To prevent fraying, the raw ends of the belt are seared and shaped by hand so there are no sharp edges, then plasticized to further prevent fraying. This is a time-consuming process but the end result is worth it. You wont be disappointed!
These belts are sized based on your actual, measured "waist" size, NOT your pants size. For accurate sizing, don your pants then measure the circumference of your “waist” through the belt loops, and pull it as tight as you’d wear your belt. This number may or may not be the same as your pant size (it's usually larger). If you want to use this belt with an IWB holster, measure again, this time wearing your holster/pistol. With these two measurements in mind, select the size that encompasses them both.
Made in Michigan USA.

Best belt

Best belt. I'm in law enforcement and daily carry at least a Sig P229, handcuffs and a reload. This belt is comfortable, supportive and of unparalleled quality. Years of daily wear with this belt and it is still the best I've seen! Worth any wait and the cost!

My favorite belt

Outstanding belt. I have friends with belts from other well known manufacturers; great belts, but they don't have the character of my Javran belt. It is comfortable yet there is no twisting flex. I carry a G17 AIWB and it always feels rock solid when I wear this belt. Not always true when I wear my other belts.
I love that my belt is custom. It's cool as hell and the only one like it. Looking to get another in different colors. -

I love this belt. I've had it over 18 months and it is holding up very well. Very stiff belt, very supportive. It holds my EDC gear securely. It also looks great and I receive compliments frequently.
